Nick Mazzilli, team leader of The Mazzilli Team is a native of New York with deep roots in Charleston, South Carolina. He discovered his passion for real estate amidst his studies at the College of Charleston. It was the allure of real estate as an investment and source of wealth that truly captured his imagination.
Upon graduating from the College of Charleston, Nick wasted no time in immersing himself in the world of real estate. Under the mentorship of one of Charleston's top 1% of Realtors, he honed his skills and expertise, eventually venturing out to establish his own venture with Maven Realty. He now works alongside other Realtors in the top 10%, 5% and 1% of Charleston and has built a trusted network over the last 7 years working in the local real estate market. As of June 2024, Nick created The Mazzilli Team at Maven Realty and is currently the Team Leader.
Today, Nick stands as one of Charleston's top 10% realtors, a testament to his dedication and proficiency in the field. His journey began with serving developers in land acquisition, fostering invaluable connections with home builders and developers across the region – making vacant land sales a breeze for his seller clients. Now, Nick assists clients in navigating the complexities of property transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes tailored to their needs – whether facilitating the sale of investment portfolios, luxury properties from Historic Charleston to Beachfront Properties, or assisting investors with their next income-producing investment or flip. His bread and butter is getting properties sold for homeowners and investors. He's also an expert in finding flips, selling flips, acquiring rentals, BRRRRs, locating off-market properties, and providing rehab quotes with trusted contractors.

Sami Hoedebecke, transaction coordinator with over 5 years of real estate experience. She's passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes. Known for her love of organization, communication, problem-solving and working with people, she makes sure every detail of the transaction process runs smoothly for every client.
When she's not keeping deals on track, you'll find her spending time with her husband and their four kids, reading a good book, or going on a long run.
